How does the coaching process work?

When you have decided you are ready for change, ready to stop the unhealthy patterns in your life that have been holding you back and keeping you in the same unhealthy situation over and over again, when you are ready for a new life then you reach out to us at(

We will set up a virtual or in-person free consultation to establish what your goals are and what outcome you would like to achieve from our sessions together. This is a free visit and usually takes about an hour. We will also determine the frequency of our visits. Some individuals can set up appointments for sessions weekly, some bi-weekly, etc. Depending on your availability you will have a specific 1-2 hour timeslot dedicated to our sessions.

Once we have had our free consultation I will put together a personalized plan specifically for you based on your current limiting beliefs, your goals, your life, etc. Everyone’s goals and lives are different so this process will be your unique plan focusing on your growth, and future goals.
